The short version
One analytics cookie counts which guides are read. No tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no selling data. If you contact us, we keep your message and email to reply. If you become a member, we keep your email and billing status.
What we collect
- The pages you open and an approximate region, via one first-party analytics cookie.
- Your name, email, and message if you write to us through the contact form.
- Your email and subscription status if you take the Full Library Pass.
How we use it
We use page counts to decide which guides to update. We use your contact details to reply. We use your member email to send the digest and to recognise your access. We do not profile you for advertising.
How long we keep it
Analytics is kept in aggregate for up to twelve months. Contact messages are kept for two years so we can follow up. Member records are kept while you are a member and for six months after, then deleted.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to [email protected]. We reply within thirty days. We do not transfer your data outside the Republic of Korea except where our hosting provider stores backups.
