Cancelling
You can cancel the Full Library Pass at any time from the email we send when you join, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
When a refund applies
- If you cancel within seven days of a first annual payment and have not exported more than three deep dives, we refund the full year.
- If we retire a deep dive you joined to read and offer no replacement, we refund the unused part of your period pro-rata.
- If a renewal is charged in error because a cancellation arrived late through no fault of yours, we refund that renewal.
When a refund does not apply
If you cancel after the seven-day window, or after exporting several deep dives, access simply runs to the end of the paid period. We do not refund periods where the library was available throughout.

Write to [email protected] with the email you joined with. We process refunds to the original payment method within ten working days.
